Allen

Allen is a counsellor at the PsycheNet facility. He mainly works on a different floor than the PsycheNet moderators and staff but sees Garrick and Milo regularly.

He has a weary and laid-back affect. He does what he can to be authentic in-order for Garrick and Milo to relate to him, but it is unclear whether the two actually trust him or believe he has their best interest in mind. It is suspected by Garrick that Allen does more at the facility than simply just counselling.
