Clarence thinks Cruxian is too oblivious and cheerful for his own good. He's surprised that any alternate version of him could be so "stupid". However, he still has a spot of affection for him because hey, he's literally himself. Despite their differing personalities and backgrounds, they share many similar traits that he relates to.
Cruxian feels Clarence is a bit strict, but ultimately good-hearted. He doesn't really understand why he's so uptight, but he's chill with it. He doesn't treat him differently from anyone else, treating him like a good friend. Cruxian knows he fights internal struggles similar to his, and tries to help him with them by inviting him to garden/explore with him when Clarence pops into his universe.
He does NOT appreciate Cruxian's personality. He thinks he's annoying, greedy, and "evil", in a sense. If Cruxian wasn't an alternate version of Clarence, he'd have put him in a jail cell long ago for corruption.
Cruxian thinks Clarence is prudish and entertaining to mess with. Cruxian is almost the complete opposite of him; Unlawful, greedy, and an unsympathetic businessman who doesn't care about most people. He knows Clarence dislikes him and relishes in it. He finds it amusing that his alternate selves are so different to him (yet so similar, in some ways).
