Toshiro Daisuke
“Don't worry, It's for science.”
— Daisuke, everytime he does something questionable. SPOILER WARNING: Part 3 and 4 Spoiler details may follow. Toshiro Daisuke is the oldest twin of the Toshiro family. Ever since he was a kid, Daisuke always showed great interest for science and a brilliant intellect. Bored of his work routine, he left home with his brother and their friends to travel the world and do field research. Daisuke is a Stand user who wields Weird Science to lead scientific researches and lab work. APPEARANCEDaisuke is an above-average height man, with a medium muscular build. He has black hair of moderate length braided back. He wears academia outfits, but likes to dress in greaser fashion too. His clothes usually have teddy bear prints or accessories. It's not unusual for him to wear clothes considered feminine sometimes, like skirts, dresses and purses. PERSONALITYDaisuke is calm, serious and rarely loses his temper. Some may even consider him boring, but he's actually just very good at hiding his mischievous and playful side. He's very kind and sweet to his loved ones, animals and children. He's very interested in their feelings and opinions, and is always patient when they need his help. He's not very confrontational but will fight if necessary, especially if it's to protect his family and friends. Daisuke finds it hard to feel empathy for humans that he uses as test subjects, even being cruel to them. He considers the importance of the research to outweigh morals and ethics. Daisuke is not only a scientist, but an artist too, but mostly paints renaissance and still life. ABILITIESHis stand Weird Science possesses superhuman strength, accuracy and speed, but his focus is his abilities. Weird Science has the power to summon random periodic table elements and mix them to use it against the enemy. Since the elements are random, it is not possible to know the results. His greatest ability is to teleport himself and the enemy stand to his own dimension, a laboratory that resembles a medieval torture chamber, where he experiments on his enemies. For being a sentient stand, Weird Science many times talks and acts by himself, including his ability to spawn babies inside other stands, manipulating the DNA of two users.
HISTORYDaisuke grew up in Japan with his dad and twin brother. He was always very intelligent and learned to control his stand very early, also learning faster than kids his age, but he had good guidance of his family and caretaker to become a good person. He studied most of his free time, but as an adolescent he became some kind of delinquent at school, but only messed with people he believed to deserve it. Once he finished school, he started working for laboratories and doing independent researches. The routine and lack of material to research at his hometown was getting boring, so he left with his brother to travel the world. RELATIONSHIPSFamily 
Yuri is Daisuke's youngest twin brother, by a few seconds. He loves his brother and haven't been far from him since childhood. He always did all he could to help his brother with his heart condition, including stealing his enemies' hearts to find the perfect one for Yuri, but it never works, since his brother's stand doesn't allow Weird Science to perform the surgery. 
James is Daisuke and Yuri's dad. Daisuke always admired his dad and wanted to be a scientist as great as him someday. Daisuke tries his best to be a perfect son, even if that means he won't have much fun or be like his own age. He just wants to make James proud. James taught him not only science, but also how to be kind, responsible and honest. 
Daisuke's stepfather. He came from the USA when the twins were teenagers, to work as an english teacher at their school. At the same time he started dating James and eventually they married. Bruce is not the perfect dad, but he tries his best, being very protective of his boys and buying whatever they need. He taught Daisuke english, but sometimes he thinks that Daisuke could have learned all by himself. Friends 
Johnny worked for Daisuke's father for longer than he can remember. He also worked as a caretaker for the twins, giving Daisuke the opportunity to develop a close bond with him and learn a lot too. Daisuke is very interested in the fact that Johnny is a vampire and wants to learn as much as he can, maybe even become a vampire himself someday too. It's comforting for Daisuke that Johnny can understand him when he's being overly scientific. 
Daisuke loves how convenient it is to have Vance around, since his stand is a car, it makes locomotion easy. He also admires how much Vance understand about cars and racing, he learned a lot from him. Daisuke enjoys watching Vance race too. 
Brian confused Daisuke's twin brother with Jotaro, who he was supposed to kill, so they had to take him with them. Daisuke considers Brian to be the dumbest vampire he has ever met, but he has fun studying Brian's mind. At first Daisuke didn't like the idea of bringing Brian along with them, but he got over it once he noticed that Johnny liked the other vampire. 
Kakyoin was love at first sight for Daisuke, but since they are 6 years apart in age, he had to wait a while before making a move. They developed a great friendship and even something more romantic years later. When Dio almost killed Kakyoin, Daisuke did all he could, acting fast to save him with Johnny's help. Sometimes he gets very sad thinking about how Kakyoin wouldn't be alive if he and Johnny weren't there at the right time. 
Daisuke doesn't even know why he agreed with taking Dio with them, at first he was very annoyed to have Dio around... But at least he gets to learn a lot about stands, vampires and history from Dio. TRIVIA
