Queen Flora and Queen Fauna

Flora and Fauna are twin sisters.  They think so alike that they rule together, and the rainwings often can’t tell them apart, so they don’t try. As far as anyone is concerned, they are one ruling pair. Currently, the rainwings are not part of the fight, but Malestrom is starting to conspire with them in exchange for territory.

Rainwings in this OC-verse have a queen challenge be a challenge of wits. The ancient text only mentioned that a dragon of one egg may challenge the current queen, so they were able to loophole it to outwit their mother.

Flora tends to wear flowers. Fauna tends to wear vines. 

Like all rainwings, they love gossip, and secrets are treated like another form of currency. They've been doing decent at being queens so far. They're pretty uptight and unsympathetic to other's problems.
