Kuiskaus Äänenkuulija

* Kuiskaus is a character I was meant to put in a Finnish RPG so his bio was originally written in Finnish! I'll eventually translate the whole bio and make it all neat here! He also has a long storyline so his bio will probably be incomplete for a good while. 

Name: Kuiskaus ("whisper") Äänenkuulija ("Voice hearer)

In his village, Kuiskaus is known for his ability to hear something akin to a singing inside his head. During his childhood this was made into huge deal, but now as a young adult most of his pack members have gotten used to his ability and basically forgotten it. Even so, Kuiskaus is still occasionally made fun of for "hearing voices inside his head" whenever he isn't being scorned for his feminine behavior and looks. Most of the time his pack members leave him be though, and he has little to no reputation in nearby packs. In his own pack his reputation is more positive than negative, but is still generally considered somewhat forgettable now that he keeps quiet about the sounds he hears. 

Although a promising young painter, Kuiskaus seems to lack the ambition to actually get better. Instead, he is interested in working under a shaman and becoming more knowledgeable of the gods and spirits of the nature. He is extremely devoted to the gods and is especially fond of the goddess of art and nature, and he has no tolerance for scorning these gods or declaring them not to be real. He sacrifices to the gods more than gladly, and usually gives his favourite goddess the largest sacrifice. 

Later in life Kuiskaus works under a witch and becomes affiliated with a witch-in-training called Morgana. After this he returns back to his village and becomes the assistant of a shaman, eventually starting to serve under the next shaman-in-line, Misa and taking her to a long travel that prepares her for her new occupation.

In his wolf form Kuiskaus has a very delicate and narrow build, coming off as somewhat feminine looking by the standards of his kind. He has an almost fox-like snout and long, lanky legs. 

In his human form he is a relatively tall man with light hair. His build gradually becomes stronger as he works under the witch and then under Misa. 

Past:

- His mother literally prepared him to survive alone in the wild if his pack were to cast him out for the fact he hears noises in his head

Extra:

• Kuiskaus hearing voices is partially a neurological issue: his brain starts reading all static noise and small sounds as speaking, as sometimes happens even when people are tired enough. However, he is also able to hear the singing from the feast of gods, and that's why it's hard for him to tell when his brain is just acting up and when he really should listen to what he is hearing. In general though the noises don't bother him much (as they aren't even very apparent when he is surrounded by other noise) and he considers all of them holy and meant for him only, and as such he doesn't really speak about them to anyone.
