I'm a university student doing art, writing and the occasional adopt making as a passionate hobby. I love writing stories about my characters and I'm currently in the process of making a visual novel called Sinfonia. Some of my other interests include Bloodborne, vintage manga, medical history and monster people to name a few.
My characters are not up for trade/sale unless otherwise stated! Please don't offer on them or try to ask for trading unless they have a price stated on their name! I'm an adopt maker but I don't participate in character trading/selling outside of that.
I like being pinged even in my own threads! Pinging me is the best way to make sure I actually see your message and it's not a bother at all.
I use content warnings on characters when I feel like those apply to them. I don't use layouts on my warnings nor do I add anything more than necessary so they should be safe to browse and quick to read.
Sinfonia is a visual novel I'm currently working on! It takes place in a fictional worldsetting and follows Jonathan as he enters a new all-male boarding school in strange circumstances. Through a series of strange events involving his roommate Claude, Jonathan eventually finds himself in the middle of a detective game he soon has no way to get out of...
✂ Where is your avatar from? Right now it's my own pixel art! The icon on my profile is art by Hagio Moto.
✂ Are your commissions open? Not by default. Check my bulletins for any possible open commissions or slots!
✂ Can I offer on the characters in your gallery? No, unless they have a price tag on their name. I don't participate in character trading/selling beyond selling designs I make for adoption specifically.
✂ I got art from you. Can I upload it on my character's gallery? Absolutely yes! I only ask for you to credit my older art (2018 or older) to my dA "xCastra" instead of my TH.
✂ Do you RP? Not currently.
✂ Can I have your discord? Sorry, I don't really use it!
✂ How long have you been drawing?
I have always been really into drawing (as most kids often are) but I started getting more "serious" about it when I was 12, about to turn 13. I discovered online art communities at that age and it ended up pushing me past the point where my art was just eyeballed from manga or photos. I got my first drawing tablet when I turned 13!
✂ What inspired you to start working on Sinfonia?
An old friend jokingly suggested to me the idea of a game where all the graphics are done in the style of classic 70s shoujo manga. I thought it was a hilarious idea and started working on it with the intention of making it an April Fools joke, but I quickly got actually serious about it. The original intent was to make a parody, but nowadays it's more of a homage and very much a self indulgent labor of love.
