Growing up to be a knight, Hellebore is a chivalrous lady and is quite righteous, she will never turn away a cookie in need and will never let a cookie wallow in sadness alone. She is also quite a cool cookie that always has a stoic expression on her face, never showing much emotion. This doesn’t reflect her real self though, Hellebore is a sweet lady and has a soft spot for all things cute. She sometimes even has moments where she wonders what it would be like to wear dresses and participate more in “girlish” activities, although it’s hard for her to embrace that side and instead keep up her cool act. Maybe someday she’ll learn to embrace both her feminine and masculine sides without getting embarrassed.

A FLOWER BLOOMS

Under a moonlight, with hellebore petals dark as night, and with a bit of sugar, a young cookie named Hellebore would be baked. The young cookie doesn’t recall much of her younger years, the most prominent memory was being chased by cake monsters but being saved by a cookie clad in black. The young Hellebore watched him in awe, she already knew that she wanted to be like the cookie she would learn is called Dark Choco Cookie.

A DAUGHTER'S LOVE

Even though Dark Choco seemed reluctant to bring the little cookie with him, he would give in as Hellebore didn’t have a real place to call home or anyone to properly raise her. And so, following Dark Choco to the darkness, Hellebore would learn to pick up a sword like him as she was insistent on it since she wanted to help cookies in need like he had. Though she was oblivious to how strange the mood would get when she would happily say how she wanted to grow up to be like him, not knowing the things Dark Choco had experienced.

But as she grew older, she became much more aware of how the cookie she would start to call a father would be feeling. She noticed that he seemed down most of the time and didn’t seem comfortable when she brought up wanting to be like him. Hellebore thought more and more about how distressed he seemed at times until she couldn’t stand it much longer and had to know what secrets he was hiding and how to make the cookie smile for once. It wouldn’t be easy to find the answers and solutions by staying in the dark she knew, she had to make the tough decision to set out into the world on her own knowing that once she does, she won’t be able to see Dark Choco again for some time. But it would be worth it to her as long as she could get her father to smile at least once.
