A kanti you can count on, Dew is often put in charge of maintaining the order in different places he goes. If you make a mistake, he won't lash out at you, but he'll do his best to gently correct you. Many enjoy his company as he is always warm to anyone he meets.
He can almost seem perfect, however over time others begin to notice that he's only present some of the time. He could be in the middle of explaining how to do something, then his eyelids get heavy, and soon he's snoring the explanation. This wouldn't be too much of a problem if it didn't happen very often during the daytime, no matter what he's doing.
As if that's not enough, he will forget everything that just happened right after he wakes up! This can make conversations very awkward and his management can suffer from him forgetting what he was ordering someone to do. To combat this, he's a heavy coffee drinker and can be very perky at random points of the day. (which also contributes to him forgetting things…)
Despite his pesky forgetfulness and slightly worrying jitters from too much caffeine, Dew is still able to be a help most of the time. Just don't ask him to be security!

✩Mini Backstory
Growing up in a simple town with bankers as parents, Dew had a smooth childhood. His parents tried to teach him accounting, but it was soon evident he couldn't keep up due to his sleep issues. To make up for this, he would often take on the responsibilities around the house and even at the bank at time.
He was used to having a strict schedule and tons of work, so rest was the last of his concern. By his adolescence, he realized working so hard had its toll as it made his sleeping issues much, much worse. His romantic relationships would always fall apart due to him seeming bored with any partner he was with. This caused him to be emotionally burdened and much of this burden had still not left him even til this day.
Having such a weight hidden contributed to his already odd sleeping patterns, and also was making him forget much of what he experienced. Dew was very unaware of this after burying his feelings for so long, so he couldn't explain to anyone why it seemed his memory didn't want to work. Nevertheless he pressed on as best he could, hoping one day his memory would work again.
