Ryss's Literatures

Ryss takes on the responsibility of being the sole keeper of the knowledge within the Scrolls of Immortality: the path to godhood. She burns them as instructed, but this does not keep the information as safe as everyone hoped. With the threat of mindreading (or other methods of extracting information), Ryss makes her team promise to kill her if there is no chance to escape. Grievingly, they loyally follow through with the promise when the White Wizard--a powerful lich creature trying once again to ascend--takes over her mind and turns her against them. After her death, they manage to defeat the White Wizard (for good this time), and return home victorious. Luckily they are able to recover the resurrection potion she had made (its original intent was for another teammember who was quite endangered) and she is brought back, to her surprise. This details the events that follow their success.
