Do not apply your own TOS to my designs. If you didn’t make the character, the new owner should not have to follow your TOSÂ
(Ex- saying new owner cannot trade for a week/only can be traded back to you, must agree to your own tos before adopting my design etc.)
- only exception is for CS adopts, as CS tos will overrule my own.
