Sleep deprived mechanic. Age 32. Genius in his field of work. ¼ dragon, technically speaking. Doesn't talk much, but has a secret penchant for dramatics. He is overly fond of those close to him, but is also hard to approach due to a combined lack of social skills and disinterest in such – also looks bored 24/7, even if he isn't. At the moment, those closest to him are a fenrir wolf whose life he has saved, and a friend from his school days who also helped him create the store they both manage. Has one big ass sweet tooth, and will most likely die of diabetes one day. Is totally unashamed about it (or any of his tastes, for that matter). Wears individual clothes he likes, and doesn't care if they match.

Dakota met Dallas when still honing himself on his abilities, and they went on to bond over their shared love for always trying to modernize the mechanic business and invent new, wonderful things that could help people. Dallas' outgoing personality is a major clash to Dakota's introverted one, but they manage to fit together like puzzle pieces.
Eliza
Fenrirs are large, resilient wolves used in the war that rages in Walkos. Eliza, in specific, was a "discarded piece" Dakota had found and helped heal. The fenrir grew close to him, and the man took her in as a pet, naming her after his deceased sister.

- His blue scales are always colored kind of randomly, the only constant is a blue ring around his right eye
- His right iris is slightly smaller than his left eyes'
- Has no right ear; it's a small hole, like in a lizard
