• Don't sell a design of mine higher than it's worth. If you traded characters with value for my design, it will not have added value by default unless you got my permission. You can reach out to me if you want to clarify that a character has additional value that way. The value of a character can be added by purchases relating to the character, examples: commissioned art counts but gift art doesn't.
• Don't take/remove credit for my designs, you may add your credits in the TH profile if you redesigned it a lot.
• If you received a design that's a collab with a different designer, then both of our TOS will apply to that ocs.

• If you are thinking of deleting the character, please reach out to me before doing so, because sometimes I get re-attached to my own design. But otherwise I would allow you to delete the character's toyhouse profile
• You don't need to get my permission if you're going to redesign one of my designs, I'll allow it. And you may redesign it how many time you want, I don't mind :>
• You can de-species a design, as long as you have the permission from the closed species it's from.
