Lifo was born to Vrlia and Azari Sayine in the town of Aquil, a small town on the coastline of the sea. Vrlia was a business woman having been given her father-in-laws company after her husband turned down the opportunity in favor of raising Lifo instead, though she still made plenty of time to spend with her daughter. Azari on the other hand, besides wishing to raise their child, was a mechanic working under new Sufokia. mostly providing plans or new parts to the newly brewing nation.
Lifo, though loving her parents, always had a fascination with her grandfather Anali. When her parents were away she would commonly be baby sat by him, and against her parents wishes he would commonly take the young fogger mix out on his boat to sail around, even when she was a young child barely 4 years old. Lifo thinks of these as her finest and happiest memories. When she was young she would also commonly watch her father tinker with things and on occasion even "help" him with his projects mostly by grabbing and putting bolts and nuts together. While with her mother she would pray with her in the mornings and afternoons. on weekends though she would let her mother set up tea parties, where they would sit out on the beach and drink tea while Lifo got to play in the sand.
As Lifo grew and turned 8 she became ill, no longer being able to play with her father and help him with his jobs for new sufokia, nor go outside with her mother and play in the sand. Vrlia started to work more hours at her job to try and get money for Lifo’s increasing doctors appointments, as her father started taking more and more jobs from the budding nation, helping pay for the increasing list of meds his daughter was taking. Lifo was left with even more time with Anali, who decided to retire to help out. Anali eventually moved in with Vrlia and Azari to babysit Lifo fulltime. Eventually she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder, her body was attacking itself as well as the wakfu and stasis in her system, causing her body to grow weak.

Lifo was soon put on a strict diet and health plan to keep her body stable. Lifo’s parents reacted to this by putting more time into their work, needing more money to pay for what their daughter needed, but in turn spent less and less time with her. Lifo quickly grew depressed, her skin growing paler and hair thinning out, losing almost all color as her body was drained of wakfu. She was restricted in almost every aspect, she wasn't allowed to go out, she had to be in almost constant bedrest, she couldn't leave her room or even walk on her own without assistance. She wasn't even allowed to brush or wash herself without being helped. She was miserable, until the doctor gave her a solution: if she could get rid of a source of the disease, or at least the part that's being attacked, she could get her life back. so she took the chance at 12 she got her arms chopped off, but behind her back the doctor told her parents they didn’t suspect her to live much longer, only to 15.
Lifo after adjusting with some physical therapy and new medications was getting back on the road, back to truly living how she wanted to. Though her parents were still holding her back, pinning her down, keeping her inside, keeping her out of school, keeping her away from everything and anything that could hurt her. Lifo didn't enjoy this, wanting her freedom, wanting to work with her grandfather, wanting to sail and actually learn to fish, living her life, but they refused to let her. As her death date came closer and closer, their grasp soon became tighter and tighter. Lifo had enough, planning something to finally make her escape.
Before her parents woke up, the young fogger snuck out of her room grabbing a jacket and some supplies, putting it on before running to the docks. seeing the small sloop her grandfather owned for longer fishing trips with his buddies she hopped onto it. Quickly she set off hoisting the anchor and opening the sails as she departed out of the bay and into the unknown. Aquil was all she had known, and was now way behind her, at least from her perspective. As the hours passed her parents noticed Lifo's disappearance and started to freak out. Lifo was quite happy, though trouble started to brew as a massive storm came crashing in as lightning struck the sea rattling her boat as thunder echoed in the sky terrifying her. Lifo tried to conqueror the storm seeing this as a test for Oktopotus himself, wanting to prevail she set into it, but as the lighting quaked the sea waved started to pick up, and her skills just weren't enough for the god as the boat flipped sending the young fogger into the sea she so dearly loved. Lifo thinking it was her fate to sink started to let herself, but her mind reminded her off her mother Vrlia who always cared and loved her, Her father Azari who put up her her questions and antics, and of course, Anali her grandfather who was the one that made her dream of this freedom, who made her love the ocean and the waves. A new spark of hope quivered in her chest as she submerged from the seas, flipping back over her boat, hoisting the sail once more and speeding off as the god’s wrath chased her back to land. Once she returned it was dusk. Anali was the first to find her, scooping her up into a hug as he called for the others. Vrlia and Azari quickly ran over and hugged Lifo, all collapsing into a pile. She finally broke, hugging and crying out happy to be reunited with her family.

Once she returned home though, it wasn't exactly much better. The minor illness quickly struck her once again. Lifo’s parents had hoped it wouldn't strike by the end of their child's life, but the minor illness quickly turned severe, starting to take over her body. Of course her parents were going to start the routine up again, new medication, new diets, new restrictions, keeping her stuck again. Lifo was tired of it, after going through the motions for a while and finally finding a medication that slowed the illness enough to her liking, she asked her father to help her cut off what her body was attacking, her own legs. Azari of course was hesitant, but seeing Lifo’s determination to end this cycle, he agreed to go to his work to show and prepare the necessary things. Once the deed was done she was sewn back up and prosthetics were soon made for the young fogger, Lifo could once again live her life.
As she adjusted once again to the new limbs she started picking up hobbies, one of her favorites being scuba diving. Being among the waves and sea life was calming to her, and she quickly got good at buying and sometimes making her own equipment to go deeper and deeper down into the depths. Seeing as her lust for adventure never stopped, Anali insisted on teaching her sword fighting, quickly getting her acquainted with the duel sabers as her weapon of choice. Anali of course encouraged her to branch out training her in certain magics and how to shoot, but the fogger was never as good at such things compared to her sword. Her father got her caught up to speed on how the limbs worked, only being able to make sense of his work with new sufokia, who quickly took more interest with the mechanic and mildly with Lifo herself.
Soon the young fogger moved out of her parents home, though with a lot of grief on their end unsure about their daughters fate, but Lifo was sure her future would be a bright one. Quickly setting out, she was determined to use money from her freshly unretired grandfather to buy a Sayine boat as well as acquire herself a crew and a job. Though her parents were not ready to let go, she settled on the boat, as well as a warehouse to continue building her machines. Though once a job offer came her way that required her to sail the seas once more, she couldn't help but accept.
