PERSONALITY
A seraphic woman with gentle sensibilities -- The Saintess has the looks of a girl who is still in the prime of her youth, but the ethereal air of maturity defines her, a sign of her long life. Though, her flowery speech cannot hide her playful tone when conversing with others. Benevolent, genuine in her sincerity and having a keen thirst for knowledge that rivals very little else, yes, The Saintess has enchanted many.
But make no mistake -- The Saintess is an old vampire, and has the finesse and cunning to prove it. Time has weathered her once girlish heart, causing her calmness to come across as distant, if not cold at times. Her resolve is too strong to shake, and takes her position as mediator seriously. Her fingers are dabbled in many pots, her connecting threads are vast and hidden behind white veils. While she is an amazing companion, leaving no one to deny her public-given title, many things are left unknown about her.

Once upon a time, on the border of France and Germany, there was a woman named Elise Marie.
W I P
- The start of the Saintess' life as a young woman named 'Elise Marie', centuries ago, who goes from simply being a scribe to becoming one of the Founding Vampires of the bloodline after a chance meeting with 'The Progenitor', or as she lovingly says, 'my Herald'. It's revealed that her 'heterochromia' is actually because her right eye isn't even hers -- it's The Progenitors, given to her when she'd been mortally wounded and lost her own.
The life of a maiden who rises to the status of a duchess.
W I P
- The life and times of Fraulein as she gets used to her life as a vampire, along with meeting the 8 other Founders and their time as a makeshift 'family'. The vampires slowly begin to grow in numbers, tensions are high, and eventually the first Bloodline war begins--all the founders doing their part to support their king. Eventually the war is won, and the Bloodline's Empire is born. Faulein is given the title of 'Archduchess' for her contributions to the cause, as well as her status as confidant to The Progenitor, along with the war Hero 'Count Jack'.
Yet, even as the Archduchess, Fraulein only cared about archiving and recording the history of their kind, somewhat uncomfortable with the stiffness of the title and only introducing herself as such for special events or on business. She eventually became a Duchess known for only showing her face to those 'worthy', embarrassingly enough. And then...well. something happens to cause a long abscence. By the time she awakens, her companions are nowhere near how they used to be, and instead of trying to salvave the corrupted hierarchy of the bloodline, she starts off in the world again -- this time alone, but with a purpose.
To abandon a name and start over once more.

- Fraulein takes up multiple titles and nicknames, wanting to change the thoughts and opinions of the Bloodline by starting with the children. Becoming the governess of sons and daughters of nobles and royalty, she glamored her appearance on the daily and decided to become a teacher to them. But by this time, the storm had already started to brew--rumors of a prince that is all too ready to take The Progenitor's place on the throne. She then meets Felicity-- who used her advice as a point to almost to kind of maybe start a religion, beginning the rumors of the beloved 'Saintess' that could save the people. It's wild.

- She decides to throw away the name 'fraulein' and takes up the helm of Saintess and establishes the Sanctuary, taking up turned or abandoned vampires to help them learn how to live in this dangerous world with yet another war on the horizon.
THE PROGENITOR
Her longest companion, longest friend, and creator, someone that far surpasses lovers or family ties. Yet, she keeps this love secret from every existence -- along with her true identity as a Founder. No matter how many years pass, just the thought of him makes her revert back to that young woman she used to be, spoiled by his attention and the genuinity of their emotions; the longing held deep within her sometimes slipping out on those dazed moments of reminicing. Their connection is an entanglement that was supposed to be as tightly shut as Pandora's box begins to overflow once more at their first meeting after decades. She tries to keep her neutrality in order, but that won't mean that she'll let someone take her place at his side.
