Reserved: He's a man of few words, and isn't one to ramble
Stoic: It can be tricky to get a good read of how he's feeling.
Internalizing: Keeps a lot of his stress under lock and key.
Haphazard: Death is no longer a consequence for him, so he has little to no self-preservation.
Lonely: The most company he's had is his thoughts and his little robot. He may come off as clingy because he's quietly reluctant to leave social situations, just so he's not alone.
Pessimistic: He's seen and been through the worst that it's become the norm for him, and it's impacted his outlook greatly.

ORIGIN: A dying planet
HISTORY:

His planet was dying and most of his people took off in ships to wait things out until the planet healed itself again and they could go back. He was part of a group of “shepherds,” people left behind to watch over things and send up a message to the ships once things were ok again. They had devices implanted that halted their aging indefinitely, and also “respawn” in the event of a casualty. Until the ships came back, then their jobs would be over, the devices removed, and they’d be allowed to live the remainder of their life, aging as normal.

The planet he’s from is still ruined big time, and his device was the only one that wasn’t faulty in some way, so all of the other shepherds eventually died off, and now he’s all alone.
Well...save for his little robot companion, Pal! An incredibly responsive AI that Newton built himself. When you've got all the time in the world and nothing to do but wait, why not take up something challenging like learning robotics? It was a lot of trial and error but he eventually got this thing working! Pal mainly serves as someone to talk to, but also has scanners for vitals and other various handy tools.
The most action he saw was when at first, U.N.I.O.N. showed up at his door. Scowering the planet for resources and the like. When they saw there wasn't much around, and the place was on its way out, they turned tail and left, leaving Newton alone once more. He nearly joined them - and if they would've come back he probably would've. But Beacon members that had been chasing them convinced him to join their cause instead. Not that he needed much of it. The promise of people, and getting away from the decay was already more than he could ask for. But the chance to help other worlds so they don't end up like his or worse.
His want to relocate to mirstone was recent - he'd been staying in the pocket dimension for the most part, but something has always felt unstable to him about living there, not liking the idea of being in an in-between place in case something went wrong. He wanted something a little more concrete. He caught wind of Mirstone during the christmas party, and hearing there was housing available there, he's getting all his paperwork in order.

On a failed death saving throw, PAL yoinks the implant in Newton’s wrist and flies up to 10ft away from immediate danger. A new copy of his body is generated and takes until his next turn to complete. The new copy has 1d8 temporary hit points. But cannot exceed his max HP

2. Techie Tinkering (Single Target | 1d8 rounds | Support)
As a bonus action, you can imbue a small item with one of the following properites and it lasts for 1d8 rounds
- The object sheds a bright light for a 5-foot radius and dim light for an additional 5ft.
- Whenever tapped by a creature, the object emits a recorded message that can be heard up to 10 ft away. You utter the message when you bestow this property on the object, and the recording can be no more than six seconds long.
