Nostrum is based on one of my Neopets characters. He is a ghost ogrin who can be drawn as either a feral or anthro. He does not have a human form.
He can be drawn with a ghostly haze and has the properties of a ghost in that he can walk through walls and objects. If he tries really hard he can float or fly, but due to his junky diet, he's not able to do these things very often.
Personality-wise, he is lazy, sarcastic, obnoxious, and loves giving people a hard time by pranking them. He enjoys music and plays the guitar.
