Rouberval

A punky anthro rat! Rouberbal (or Rou, for short) was an adopted character. He is mischievous, a trickster, and loves annoying people. He listens to his music loud and leaves fur all over the place (and does not care!).

His outfit and fur patterns are complex, so design simplification is ok!
