Shreya

Indian water buffalos are a rare species of Mobian that are prominently found in villages the countryside of India, they are mostly merchants and dancers by trade. The most predominant of these Buffalo villages was wiped out years ago by Dr. Robotnik, leaving the remaining refugees to flee in order to find salvation. 

Shreya was a young calf at the time at the time her village was attacked, extinguishing the lives of most of her family, accept for her aunt (who worked as an escort at the time.) Shreya's aunt took care of her for a couple of years after the event, until she suddenly passed away unexpectedly.

Shreya, now 10 years old, was left orphaned and alone. 

For the next couple of years Shreya was able to get by by stealing and conning tourists out of money, it was during this time she met and befriended her Chao companion, Sai.

By the time Shreya was a teenager, she had to go into the same line of work as her late aunt, in order to support herself and her companion. However, by time she was a young adult Shreya fell pregnant by one of her male clients, and had a male calf named Yash.

Now-a-days Shreya still struggles as a single mother to take care of both of her son, and her companion Chao. She secretly longs to leave the life as an escort and yearns for adventure, but for the time being, Shreya has to continue to work in order to feed her family.
