There's a lot to be said about Jayera Jem, but perhaps the most notable thing is her appearance. Not many fire draemin have wings as red as blood, or a thin tail prone to spike-breakouts. Her appearance is quite unusual, and almost vampire-like, an oddity in the realm of draemin. For many, the notion of her being mixed was quite frightening. A mixture of elements was already dangerous enough, adding magicals of another species would simply be out of the question.
Jay, however, is a girl of determination, similar to the element she wields. With time and perseverance, her charm can outclass any intimidation, and perhaps stoke the spirits of those who would be quick to judge otherwise.
