Here Be Dragons

Humanoid dragon academy. They all have noble dragon lineage, which is slow-acting, so their powers become most prominent in their early 20s. Once these features and elements take root, the children of dragons are expected to enroll at certain academies to master themselves, and find a path forward in a divergent world of magic and lack thereof.
