Man that loved Rose but Rose didn't like him so he kinda went mad. He was also quite superstitious and knew something was up with Viper so he decided to go all the way and go with the ideal "If i can't have her, nobody can" and hired some assasins and then burned himself alive. He of course finished up in hell.
