PERSONALITY

He is egocentric, stubborn and slightly manipulative. He finds enjoyement into leading people below himself into doing questionable things, but has a disliking of overly romantic people, alcholic slobs and anything that tries to comment how he looks.

BACKGROUND

Owner of a fairly popular bar / strip club in the ring of lust. He is known for his peculiar looks, fashion and way to act as if he were above the rest of the imps, but of course he isn't. He wishes to open another bar in the 1st ring to get the attention of former mortals and the overlords situated there. Even if he has a stubborn and egocentric attitude he somehow managed to get the attention of some lords who occasionally frequent the bar and host some nights. This allows him a "higher social status" and more powerful customers. This is what he wishes, to be above others.

POWERS

PYROKINESIS: He has the ability to create blue flames. This comes with non-hellfire resistance.

CARDS OF LIFE: This is a trick he uses by utilizing his pyrokinesis, he generates a pack of cards and basically uses some pretty magic special effects to make up shit and fool people into doing what he wants.

THE LORD'S GIFT: He was granted by one of his regular customers, a lord, the ability to use a human disguise when traveling to the living world. Viper used the excuse of having to go to the living world to get supplies not available in hell. His disguise is close to his real appearence, the eyes being the only thing that dosen't really change, remaining the green-ish cyan. Over that (as already noted), he can travel to the living world for decent periods of time. He uses this to lure humans into doing questionable things to force them to end up in hell. He is planning to use this ability to open a bar in the living world so to achive even more power in the underworld. Of course he has to pay in some "favours" to keep this really helpful power.

ITEMS

SHOTGUN: A shotgun, nothing more. Might be slightly more powerful than normal shotgun, but that is expected.

BAT: To send angy customers to horny jail, who needs security?

CANE: Occasionally carries it around in special programs or just because, sometimes it hides a really wonky blade that he uses for intimidation.

BLUE CORNFLOWER: A flower he found when first visiting the living world. He found it really useful at charming people (mainly ladies) with. Now he always keeps a stock in his office for when he has to lure people into trusting him.
