Personality

Shy and soft-spoken, she's someone who tends to speak in a hushed tone. It's rare to hear emotion in her voice as she tries to come off as gentle as possible. Although quiet, she's kind and willing to help those in need. Her profession as the Aspect of Death has trained her patience and seeks to ease the burden of others before guiding them to their afterlife.

Just because she lends herself as a kind and nurturing figure doesn't mean she's incapable of having a mean streak. When it comes to members of her court, specifically her father, she can be a strict and commanding presence.

Backstory

Morana is the youngest child of Asmodeus. Her home life is a complete opposite of what her older brother endured. Her upbringing wasn't rocky, her parents both supportive, and she was free to pursue whoever and whatever she wanted.
At a young age, she gained an interest studying souls and their capabilities. At first, this was to see how stretchy and squishy souls could get. Thanks to the influence of her nephew, it grew into an appreciation for death.

The Aspect of Death had been retired by her father for a long time, Saint Death herself now presiding over anything in relation to it. This opening in the Aspect had her beg to her parents to give her the mantle, so far as going to Beelzebub himself for any approval or leverage. Any who were asked to grant her the Aspect were hesitant, her parents more so. Eventually, with some sweet talking from Berith, they caved in but only when she was older.

Asmodeus feared that seeing how Saint Death worked may affect Morana and he was right. Under Death's tutelage, Morana was exposed to the truths of being Death's Aspect. She became quieter as a result, but more patient and willing to hear others out. Though she was worried that she wasn't cut out for the job. Was she up for the task? Or was this was just a passing fancy? Despite her worries, Saint Death's patience and kindness kept her on track with her studies, making her a fully realized Aspect.

As the Demon rebellion incited war, she's become busier than ever in guiding souls and protecting her Ferrymen. She's currently responsible in preventing the Demon Lords from claiming souls for their legions. She aids Beelzebub in any way to track down her father and supplying him souls for would-be Champions.
