This quirk's user allows them to create electric shockwaves by slamming their tail against something! The harder they hit something, the bigger the wave and the higher voltage it has! Hitting things does hurt though, and while they are a little more pain resiliant, it's still very much noticable. The shockwaves also require calories, so they could end up malnourishing themselves. Their tail is very strong, being able to hit things wiht a lot of force, and while they have to choose to let it create shockwaves, if they hit something hard enough it might cause shockwaves without them intending it to.
Shougekiha (衝撃波) means shock wave. Kanden (感電) means electric shock, or to experience an electric shock
