Tar Critters: This Emitter-type Quirk allows its user to secrete tar from their eyes - and with said tar, make replicas of marine animals that'll obey the user! They'll float on the air as if it was water. However, they'll keep their original size, strength and capabilities, and can easily be destroyed; however, the tar that falls down from them is highly flammable!
