Cipher Spectrum

Cipher Spectrum is the child of Neo Galaxy Tye and Photon Stream after hatching from a mysterious egg they found on their explorations. It's unknown what species she is, but it's suspected that she's some alien varient of Photon's species. She has the power of ESP and can read minds and levitate among other things. Although she likes to use her powers to play mischievous pranks on her parents, they often backfire as she's unable to fully control her powers at such a young age.
