Neo Galaxy Tye

Neo Galaxy Tye was originally one of the test subjects in the Virgo Galaxy experiment meant to make sentient creatures out of stardust. Originally only known as VC-1487, she was the most ambitious out of all of the tests run as she was able to gain sentience far before the others and had far more flexibility in her abilities. One day, VC-1487 had stumbled upon Photon Stream bumbling around in her mini universe chamber after Photon had accidentally been transported to it. Together, they went around the test chamber exploring all corners of the mini universe, but it was never enough for just the two of them. Eventually, VC-1487 had enough of being confined and detached her link to the experiment by twisting the laws of reality in the confinement which helped her and Photon to reach the edge of the mini universe and escape. VC-1487, now renamed to Neo Galaxy Tye, runs free throughout the universe with her now-partner exploring all that they can with nothing to tie them down.
