despite being tako's partner, neko spends, at most, ten days a month in his apartment and...leaves. when he is with tako, however, neko is known to be doting and gentle, albeit constantly grumpy from exhaustion. 

tako has a corkboard with dozens of photos and maps scribbled over with notes and theories as to where neko goes when he's gone.
