Cecil is hotheaded, loud, spiteful, and incredibly temperamental. She’s very quick to act and will pick fights with just about anyone or anything, and often sticks to her morals incredibly firmly. It’s not that Cecil acts out of pride, she’s just overly defensive. She’s very protective over Portia as her best friend, and can, will, and has thrown herself headfirst into a fistfight for them. She has a heart of gold with all of the wrong ways of showing it. Uh, she also falls in love too easily. Weird, but Y’know.
