imanu is a dumb gremlin amphipod that has lived in the deep sea his whole life. hes too afraid to go to the shore or out of the water. hes a kleptomaniac. and uses twitter. hes not fond of anyone but nui would show up to give him company. since he’s lived in the dark for most of his life he has shitty eyesight. He only sees perfectly fine in pitch black darkness. he can hypnotize people. he usually uses this ability to steal things.

imanu and x were both raised in a neglectful home and were basically just left alone in a dark room with their parents only coming in to feed them and experiment on them.
when their parents died he ran away alongside x. but since x went batshit insane he left him too. now he lives alone.
