Having come from a family of tea farmers, Oolong, like all their siblings, studied the cultivation and processes involving the production of tea leaves. When they were old enough to leave home and try to start their own tea farm away from their home plantation, Oolong was able to start up a small orchard. The young cow found themself in a partnership and pleasant working environment with the owners of a cafe known as "The Cool and Cozy;" their newfound friends, Chillz and his brother, Cozie.
Oolong is accompanied by a fluffle of rabbits that they befriended when they first moved to their current home. The two little bunnies who are usually glued to the young cattle's side are Matcha and Milo- which is short for Faskomilo. Matcha is a tiny tornado of energy, but whenever Oolong is in her line of sight, she melts and turns into an absolute lap-bunny. Milo on the other hand is quiet and enjoys snacking on various things. According to Oolong, when they first met her, Milo had mistaken their hair for a plant and nibbled on it- which caused Oolong to fall head over hooves for her.
