Sarka's case was not a conventional one. She was found in the strawberry fields of a farmer named Mathias Earliglow. The only explanation he had in finding her was that she was a strawberry plant that manifested a spirit, destined to one day take a form different to her floral incarnation. The interpretation of her situation was only accepted in certain cultures that leaned towards magic more than calculated scientific reasoning. But her father was a man of such beliefs, and so Sarka turned out to have her own beliefs rooted in magic herself.

Mathias was her foster father for the first few years of her life, but was eventually adopted by distant relatives of his, the Frasier family, who were wealthier and more fit to raise the child. She adopted the family name, but kept Mathias' surname as well in order to honor her foster father. The Frasier's raised her alongside their two children who became very close with Sarka. The family treated her as one of their own and shared everything with her, letting her lead an easy life.

At the age of 18, Sarka moved out of Martinau and into the city of Aroman to pursue her studies as an agriculturist in training. There she moved into an apartment complex where she was able to meet new people and make friends, namely Astro Asteri, Rigel Hunter and their other friends. Through the years of her living apart from the Frasiers, they have provided for her and welcome her home whenever she decides to come back. And although she is grateful for her family giving her an allowance every month, Sarka has been working at an ice cream parlor as a part-time job, which has coined her the nickname "Sorbet."
