- You must own my design for at least a week before reselling/retrading them.
- If you want to use a design you got from me in a commercial product, you Must have payed for it; Designs bought from me are fine, but if you want to use a character you traded for or a freebie, you must pay me at least $10.
- You may not resell my designs for more than their original worth unless more worth is added (commissioned art, personal art, etc.) Unless you're in financial trouble, and desperately need to sell them.
- Redesigning a character you received is fine, change it however much you want!
- Do not create new species out of my designs.
