Quiet • Tempermental • Foodie
Gauge is the treasurer abord the Courier of Souls. She is strict, grumpy, and absolutely will terrify the newer crewmates. And she's certainly not harmless, either. She can hold her own and generally does well with improvised weapons. She's notorious for picking up a random stick to whack things with, including her crewmate if you annoy her. She doesn't show it off pretty much ever, but she could absolutely hold her own in a finely skilled fencing match, as well.
Incredibly intelligent, skilled in math, and an eye for value, Gauge embodies her role on the ship. She isn't valuing stolen items, despite her pirate earrings and general disposition - the Courier simply takes Cargo to and from places for a fee, and Gauge is in charge of making sure things are in correct order. She also manages profit, pay, and budget.
She is a HUGE foodie, and it's the way to her heart, as her love knows. She married a chef - and she spends a lot of time thinking about what he might treat her to sometime. She tries to get him some interesting food experiences, too, but what makes them both happy is enjoying Sam's food. It's common to see the pair enjoying a meal in the kitchen or in Gauge's office.
Gauge has a few piercings in her left ear, two rings and a stud. She has a rather outdated set of genetics and cannot pass her fancy markings. A unique lady~

Consus
[ Husband ] Gauge and Consus met when they were both rather young, long before boarding the courier. Gauge was in another acedemic/management job at the time, and Consus ended up needing her attention somewhat frequently. Neither remmebers who asked who, but somehow they ended up on a picnic and get into conversations about food. They end up discussing both of their desire to travel. More dating, more cuteness, now they're married. What cuties.
