Physical Appearance

• Waist-length blonde hair that gradients down into magenta, usually worn up in pigtails when younger and twin buns when older
• Blue eyes, glows purple when rifting and channeling
• Fair skinned with a mild tan

• Relatively fit from an active lifestyle, although she's not particularly strong
• Medium to somewhat large sized breasts and a mildly curvy figure
• White colored bunny tail, either hidden under her skirt or shown if the skirt has a specific cutout for it

Clothing Style

Alana usually tends to have a rather feminine style, and she has a rather cute and somewhat dainty look to her most of the time. She likes wearing pinks, reds, and whites the most, and her favorite detailing in her clothing is fur. Hunting for food and resources for crafting, such as making clothes, is a part of Tesantan culture, so it is very common for furs to be used in clothing for the natives, along with using colorful dyes. It is apparent in Alana's favorite outfit, which consists of a dress with fur trim along the skirt, a long sleeved jacket with fur along the cuffs of the sleeves and on the collar, and dyed leather boots with fur trim along the tops (all the fur being white/cream colored). She has a few variations of colors on this particular outfit, either in differing shades of pink or a different color scheme entirely. Alana's earrings are usually handcrafted glass bead earrings of varying colors depending on her outfit, and she usually ties up her hair with white or cream colored bands.

Personality

Alana is a polite yet headstrong woman who is a selfless pacifist who will face any threat for the sake of her people and her world. First impressions tend to display her as a well-mannered and intelligent diplomat who is a skilled speaker and negotiator, and she is known well in her village for her charisma and persuasiveness. However, she always remains respectful and courteous no matter who she is speaking to, although she is also capable of being firm and assertive when needed. Alana is well liked among her people along with being well respected, both as a leading member and a powerful seer. She has a sweet nature and is exceedingly patient and accepting, although she will not tolerate intolerance of others. She has a just heart, and she can be surprisingly bold in pursuing her goals or while helping others with their troubles. Upon spending a lot of time with Alana, it becomes obvious that she can be very stubborn and tends to not back down once she sets her mind to something.

Alana is very close with her sister, Lea, and she tends to worry about her a lot since Lea's curse causes a lot of misfortune to befall her. Alana is completely immune to whatever misfortune occurs to her sister when she's around though, but she has to be careful that any harmful forces that bounce off her protective ward that surrounds her doesn't end up hitting her sister instead, since that's pretty common knowing her luck. Since Alana knows her ward protects her from all harm, she is more willing to rush into danger if it means using herself as a shield to protect others who are vulnerable. She can sometimes worry others since she comes off as reckless with how she tends to stand right in danger, but she never seems to be afraid of anything actually happening to her. She also seems willing to do so even if her ward didn't work anymore if it meant protecting those she cares about.

• A bit idealistic and tends to spread herself thin if she wants to help a lot of people at once
• Although her blessing protects her, she cannot control what it discerns as a threat to her

Backstory

Alana and her younger sister, Lea, were born in Tesanta and both trained to be Spirit Seers since their mother was a powerful seer in their village. During their childhood though, they encountered a spirit shrine in the hills outside the village while exploring without their parents' knowledge. This hidden shrine housed two spirits, the first of which blessed Alana with a protective ward that would protect her from all harm, and the second of which cursed Lea with terrible misfortune. The spirits then disappeared, and upon returning home they were disappointed to hear that none of the Spirit Seers had even heard of these two spirits. Their two "blessings" seemed connected to each other, and since they were unable to find a way to remove either one or both, Alana and Lea lived with the consequences into their adulthood. As they got older, they realized there was another effect to Lea's curse, for she didn't physically age at all and has been stuck as a child with horrible luck ever since.

Currently, Alana is a respected seer in her village and considered as one of the leading members in making decisions affecting them as a whole. A war has broken out across Tesanta, and although the conflict hasn't reached their end of the region, the seers are still discussing their involvement in the main combat zone while aiding refugees fleeing from the battles. Amidst the chaos, Alana meets a man named Chris after the seers confronted some leaders of the opposing side of the war, specifically Vinia and Dracorluga Demrile. Chris claims that he was captured by them and has no idea how he got here or how to get back home. 

Alana is determined to help him find his way back though, and she believes he can do so using the power of the Star Orb resting atop the Tower of Winds in the heart of the Tesantan plains. However, the tower is currently in the center of a great battle against the dark forces raised by the Demriles. Alana has also already suggested to the other seers to travel to the tower to use the orb to tip the battle in their favor, since seers are the only ones who can access its power. The seers have been hesitant to make a decision on the matter considering the risk, so Alana has taken Chris's plight as an opportunity to venture out and help him while also aiding her world in the war. So the two set out along with Lea and along with their fairy caretakers, Sheela and Kena, to the Tower of Winds for the slightest chance at victory.
