• Design is symmetrical except for his scars and cape-like accessory
• Black claws; front claws are always out
• Accessories are not optional
• When using magic or enchantments, his eyes can glow red
• Slit pupils

Rough notes below (may be altered in the future)

• (Former) Commander of part of the Lions' army
• Does not share his comrades' views on the Wolves; he doesn't see the Wolves as savage and barbaric like many Lions do
• Often feels disconnected from his own people, as though he doesn't belong there. I don't want to spoil anything yet, but let's say his bloodline is not what he thinks it is.
• Cassius perfectly embodies what Lions are supposed to be- honorable, not using underhanded tactics to win battles. Lions often believe that in winning with their own strength, if they cannot do that then their Gods (or Fate) have deemed them unworthy of victory.
• When Cassius finds out that the Lions, desperate for a win, plan to use an impending wildfire to ambush the Wolves, he immediately goes to warn the Wolves about the ambush. This is where Cassius first runs into Dagr.
• When the Lions find out about this, they accuse Cassius of treason. Cassius says that if the Lions cannot win by their own strength then it would only be right for them to lose.
• Cassius is scheduled to be executed when Dagr comes and saves him.
• Cassius tags along with Dagr after that.
• ???
• Cassius and Dagr eventually return to Dagr's home, to find that Sverrir, Dagr's younger brother, is actually alive (despite Dagr's father, Magni, saying that Sverrir was dead)
• Eventual lead up to Dagr, Cassius, and Sverrir (Ruarc doesn't do confrontations), confronting Magni about his lies.
• Cassius, Dagr, Sverrir, Ruarc travel together in search of Hiraeth, a fabled land of peace and no meddling Gods.
• Romance between Cassius and Dagr at some point in the story.
• Cassius also finds out about his true heritage at some point in their travels as well.
