Leon is truly your local square man. Like, he's a nerd in the most classic sense. A boring old stickler for the rules. Literal anime glasses man.

He is smart, kind, and responsible, though he can seem a bit overbearing at times as well ("DO YOUR HOMEWORK! NO RUNNING IN THE HALLS!") But oh well, what're you gonna do.

Leon's father died when he was 5 years old, leaving him with his mother and his baby brother Comet. Growing up, Leon did his best to help raise Comet and be someone his little brother could look up to. Since their father wasn't around anymore, Leon felt responsible for being that sort of presence for Comet.

Unfortunately, things didn't really go as planned... the boys actually did have a close relationship when they were very young. However, as they got older, Comet came to start resenting his older brother. Teachers and adults around them always compared Comet to the more responsible and capable Leon, wishing he'd act more like his older brother. Leon himself also tried pushing for Comet to act more responsible, since Comet was kind of a delinquent who got in trouble a lot. He never appreciated that either, and the brothers relationship became strained as Comet drew himself further away.

By the time Comet was in high school and Leon went off to college, their relationship was at its lowest point. However, when Leon decided to move back home after graduating to seek out a job as a therapist, he was surprised to be greeted by an apologetic Comet, whose interactions with a certain new friend had changed him for the better. Leon, of course, never held any ill will towards his brother, and their relationship is finally mending.
