Locust

Locust is seen as a curse from the gods themselves this Velo is known to walk through the woods late at night, known for the dripping gold appearing tears that leak from their eyes they are completely blind and rely purely on echolocation. No one is sure what happened to them, or why the gods cursed the poor Velo. But they believe it has something to do with it’s greed. They are commonly used as a bedtime story for young Velos so they don’t go out late at night. They are sometimes seen as a demigod due to their unknown canine, perhaps they are a child of one of them, no one knows.
