Valkyrie D. K. Chimes's Links
Oh, he's alive again too? I guess he caught my bad habits of not staying in the dirt too, haha! All joking aside, though, I sincerely hope we don't need to kick each others' asses again any time soon. I can't soundly extend my win streak until I get my bearings locked down.
Personally, I know that he's been around the wringer of life and death time and time again, but he still seems so drastically different this time than I've ever heard of. Maybe it's his newfound mortality, or the notable weakness he suffers from it. Then again, since I'd rarely ever seen him eat before we died at each other's throats, I can only assume he's an idiot like usual and hasn't picked up nutritional habits yet.
Oh, the Creator lingering around at random in that pillowcase of his. I think we technically have never met, but he still seems so familiar. And I always have this urge to beat his face in since he's the real cause of everything I've ever done or had to deal with, but, well... It wouldn't really do anything to him, would it? :P
Valkyrie has been put through quite a bit because of my haphazard desires to watch him grow and become the hero I don't think he expected, or wanted, to be. He absolutely despises me, I'm sure, but he's also well aware that there's nothing to be gained by acting hostile. Still, I can feel the thoroughly-veiled hatred whenever I catch that smirk of his.
WV told me about this guy when I linked back up with him, and from what he had to say, Erschek seems like a double-edged sword. I mean, two minds compiled back into the one identity already sounds sketchy, but with the kind of Primordial power he can call upon, he could either be a massive bastion for the future of Existence, or bring it to a catastrophic end like I almost did.
While I was still in the United Haven, a lot of those who passed through were full of stories about Valkyrie Chimes, the legendary hero of all time. But at the same time, they were all told with a gloomy udnertone because of what he became. But, he's back! And he seems like he's way less terrifying than his myths make him out to be, so I hope he's holding up well.
