His childhood was quite normal although his parents were very strict with him. They only cared about him getting good grades and nothing else. He was more interested in art which didn't make his parents happy. In high school he cut his hair and began dressing in a very androgynous way. He is transgender but Viên wasn't comfortable enough to come out to his parents. They just think he's very tomboy.Now Viên is in art school Studying for a bachelor in Fine Arts. He feels comfortable to be out as a man at school, however he is still closeted to his parents and doesn't plan on coming out anytime soon.
