Hiro, a witchfinder in a panic, believes he has been somehow cursed as he experiences magic erupt from his own hooves. He is lost, foreign in his own body. He now searches for some cure to this “curse” as he scrambles together work as a sword for hire, abandoning his witchfinder post in fear of his magic being discovered.
