As being one of the seven reigning lords of the underworld, Beelzebub has never been seen in the public eye.
Fearful of large crowds and public speaking, he shys very very far away from ever making his physical appearance WIDELY known to the underworld, however he does speak over the radio. As a representative of the sin of [gluttony], you'd expect him to not look as thinly, or as pathetic.
Responsible for keeping stock of the food supply in the underworld, Beelzebub does a lot of the heavy lifting for Hell behind the scenes. It's all boring so you can see how it's really taken a toll on him.

- Blind in both eyes, he nativates mostly by using his tail to guide his way. His senses are sharper and more enhanced than the average demon.
- As the Lord of Flies, he's the world equivalent of the Mothman.
- Prefers to remain untouched, due to his hindered eyesight, it makes him jumpy, he can be startled easily.
- Even if he looks terribly tired, or thin, he enjoys cooking quite a bit.
- Prior to his fall, Beelzebub was an angel belonging to the Throne.
- Due to him being a Throne, it's easier for him to-- essentially initiate "demonic posession" due to the hivemind esq nature of being a Throne.
- He relies on demonic posession when he really doesn't want to leave physically.
As an angel that tended to the throne, Thrones just so happen to be collectives of angels that share the same ideaology as their Lord. In the case of Beelzebub, he started to dissasociate from the mindset that Thrones adapted. Whilst he was in the jury, other Thrones begun to isolate him. Swarms of Thrones stick together in groups of three or more, to leave one behind is a very bad sign, they were beginning to reject and isolate him in fear of his ideaology spreading to the other Thrones. Essentially, for believing in something different- Beelzebub was removed from the hivemind that the judging court shared.
To "fix" this connundrum, the cherub Hannibal was appointed to this case. As she had already been working to solve the issue of rebelling angels, there was a method of which an angel can be returned to a refreshened mind without having to give them a "hard reset" via the blunt end of a weapon. The trials of the project were fairly sucessful at first, howverer Beelzebub would return to how he was before. Time and time again, he just began to unravel sooner and fell into a deep madness. What started as a gentle deviation turned into Beelzebub rendering himself blind to discontinue the mindwashing process.
Quietly, Beelzebub was severed and Hannibal left him on Ara. The rest is history.

His beloved, he adores this singer so much. It's such a joy whenever he finds the time off from work for her, it's hard for a government official to have relationships like this and he's genuinely just so grateful for her being in his life and being able to make it fuller for him. He is head over heels.
He's fun to shit on, genuinely. That aside though, Beelzebub holds a certain feeling towards this angel, he certainly feels something disturbingly off here but he isn't sure what it is...
