About
Known to be Heaven's great magician- or alternatively- the High Priest, Raphael finds himself in a position that he doesn't feel that he deserves to have even despite the fact that his show of abilities more that certainly calls for this rank. More so, this archangel is surprisingly socially recluse, keeping mostly to himself while trying to mind his own buisness and really doing whats asked of him. The irony lies in the fact that he dual wields the role of a messenger due to his possition. His poor memory really supports his inferiority issue with his position, as he doesn't understand why he's a council member.
Despite being an angel, he has a bad habit of smoking. It doesn't hurt him, however due to the nature of indulging in self-ingulgence, it can be risky as it goes against the preset of rules within angel culture and practices. In fact, Raphael gets away with so much while he is on Ara. Smoking, sex, and talking to demons- what a scare! The Council would never allow for this!... if they ever found out, that is.

- Raphael manages the Virtues in heaven! He really wants to be one but this also works.
- Really loves ducks :]
- Has a great taste in fashion, but he just doesn't get that other people like his style too. It catches him off guard.
- Major memory issues that stand along with his social anxiety.
- At times Raphael is flirtacious or puts on a cunning persona, that's just him putting on a face. He wishes he could be like that but in all reality he's a bit of a wreck.
- Given the alias "Richard" from Lucifer because he was being a dickhead-
- Not a fan of violence, he hates to see blood. It makes him very queasy.

- Wings are based off of a Black and White Warbler.
- White streaks in hair is due to stress.
- Height is up to interpretation, he is just really tall.
- Blue eyes are for when divination magic is in use, otherwise his eyes are a dark grey.

Lucifer
Friend...?
It started as Lucifer pretty much stalking and harrassing Raphael to get him to spread the word of a potential peace treaty, then somehow it turned into eing given the job as a bounty hunter along the way. Lucifer is one of the first demons that Raphael got to actually engage, he's actually rather pleasant! Lucifer would never admit that he appreciates the company though.
Ramiel
Friend!
Initially, his relationship with Ramiel was very strained due to the fact that Ramiel was so uptight and somewhat of a yesman...? Raphael is technically his boss, which the archangel himself doesn't really like too much. Eventually Ramiel sees him eye to eye as a friend. Raphael appreciates that very much :)
