Congee is incredibly energetic and talkative, he's happy to spend hours rambling to some poor villager who's trying to go about their day. He loves learning about his culture and considers it his special interest, he also enjoys adventuring around and collecting various treasures and such off the beach.

He has little impulse control but a balanced amount of luck to get him out of near-death situations he manages to find himself in rather frequently. He doesn't realise when to shut up or leave someone alone and usually gets snapped at before he notices the social cue to end a conversation. He is incredibly sensitive and will spend hours crying over someone giving him constructive criticism.

He develops emotional attachments to objects often and will speak to inanimate objects as if they were alive. He tends to hoard things a lot on accident. He is quite forgetful unless it is relating to his special interest, he can recite the entire history of his village but could not repeat the last sentence he said.

Congee is very quick and slippery with many survival skills such as tree-climbing, swimming, gardening, etc. But he is rather clumsy and ends up hurting himself quite frequently.
