THE SANCTORIUM (its title, as it doesnt remember its name) is an quiet teen seraph who lives near the throne of god.

his eyes are always closed as they contain immense power that would tear the entire universe apart and he can only safely open them in the rift between heaven and hell (purgatory or earth) his halo is the same one hes had since he was a little kid but he desperately doesnt want to get a new one-so its very undersized and doesnt shield the back of his head fully
his body is his wings rather than his chest and limbs and head, they are what he is fully made of. when he's angry or upset or melting down he fully regresses into a little pile of wings

tory is quiet and calming in nature as most angels are, her presence is pacifying and she easily gains the trust of people naturally. she's reclusive and doesn't talk to anyone even though she was very chatty and outward when she was younger. her parents and many of her friends or classmates assume this is because she's become withdrawn since her best friend, the lachrymose, was thrown from heaven to rot in hell for...well nobody remembers, or cares...but tory is far, far more nuanced than most assume from her easy slow behaviour, and the cover of grief is simply convenient. with destruction comes creation, and the same way her eyes could stop time, it can manipulate it too. she regularly sneaks down to hell to meet with the lachrymose, slowing the passage of time to extend her stay.
