No he actually does not! I forgot to finish his profile but the talisman also plays a part on why, they help keep him more grounded and are what gives him his mobility. If the talisman was to be removed or worn out he would hop like a traditional jiangshi and his body will become stiff from rigor mortis despite dying by being burnt alive. Its why he keeps spares with him as he doesn't like the idea of become stiff or hopping about lol
Surprisingly not the talisman's work this time!
When he was burnt and came back, the bandages around his legs were doused in chi. This is what allows his scars to remain hidden its why he has those bandages around his legs otherwise he would have burnt scars all over
He doesn't need to replace those as often as his talismans so he for the most part never takes them off unless he's changing into a set of particular clothes that require his legs also be covered completely but thats rare
