estranged prodigy of the novercal family. for reasons of her own, she has distanced herself from most of her relatives and now works somewhat isolated towards her own pursuits in life.
the novercals are not a particularly kindly bunch. the family bloodline, affluent and intimidating as it is, stifled nora's mind and ambitions throughout both her youth and early adulthood. changing her surname, she rejected the life her parents expected of her and fled to her own pursuits.
WELCOME TO LADY HELL

for as sad as it seems, somehow she's still holding on to all of her dreams.
- despite her rejection of her lineage, the renown of the novercal name was able to secure her a job in the ARC. she worked initially in relations between denizens of the mundane world and magical world, but the 'prodigal' title turned out to be no exaggeration and she swiftly worked her way through the ranks. with the respect of her peers, she now finds herself in a managerial position of the ARC's california branch.
- while she cut contact with the majority of her family members, she still keeps in contact with her cousins: maven and kobalt, having a soft spot for them.
- her clothing style is business casual -- generally sporting a loose fitting shirt tucked into smart (loose) trousers. she does enjoy trying new clothes and outfits but has stagnated somewhat, reluctant to venture outside of her comfort zone.
- she has tattoos with floral designs. these are all across her back, shoulders and upper arms, so that they can be expressive but also easily covered to abide by work and meeting standards.
- she's actually a pretty decent artist. she designed all of her tattoos herself and enjoys sketching and painting both patterns and still life pieces.
