Cyril (Military)

Originally little more than a doll-like robot with a rather basic AI (that was still the best of its time), he was the product of a lonely man's wish to have a child with the woman of his dreams (even though that woman didn't love him back and barely even acknowledged his existence). In normal circumstances it would've ended at just that, the sad and creeptastic creation of a sad and creeptastic man, however this man happened to be one of the top scientists working on a great weapon with reality warping properties, and to that weapon he made . . . something of a wish. He wished for the family he desired to be made real, and to be with the woman he loved. 

. . . well, he got what he wanted, alright. 

The woman he loved was dead, lost and forgotten on the abandoned Earth, and so there he went, to die by her side. (For some reason he wasn't too thrilled about that, choking to death in a lightless hole under the rubble with naught but a dried out corpse for company. Be careful what you wish for, and all that.)

At least the other part of his wish did not end quite so badly, and his "son" became real, beautiful and powerful with an AI almost beyond compare, before and since. But only 'almost' because three of the scientist's compatriots chose to turn themselves into AI, to watch over and protect the technological systems of the newly created city of Alcazar. To those three, he was comparable. To everything else, he was unimaginable. (In many ways, not all of them good.) And to him was given the task of maintaining the weapon, as his father before him, for as an AI and a product of the weapon itself, he could not affect it, nor be swayed by the influence of its magics. And in there part of him stayed, for ever, even as his self wandered the world and found joy in the arms of men, all the men, as many men as he could get to sleep with him, anywhere and everywhere.

POWERS

His left eye turns gold when using his electrical abilities, and when making excessively use of his technomancy

• Technomancy - able to detect, remotely communicate with and control existing electronics within his range, also able to manipulate and modify them as desired, able to create new items out of their component materials so long as he knows how to build them manually, unable to control corrupted electronics, only very basic manipulative ability over magitech unless he is very familiar with how it works. No transmutation
  • Assimilation - a passive ability to instinctively understand any purely technological item, does not work as well if they are combined with magic/alchemy/organic materials
  • Hijack - able to take over electronics and AI, functions like a virus under his control
• Electricity Generation & Manipulation - able to generate electricity internally and also manipulate existing sources of, able to sense electrical currents, able to manipulate electromagnetic currents, capable of very fine control, electrical attacks against him are automatically absorbed unless bi-elemental
  • Electromagnetism - able to use electricity to generate and control magnetic fields
• Multiple Bodies - has many different bodies he can choose from
  • Recreational Use - mostly biological components except for skeletal frame, core & CPU, normal weight for size & build
  • Regular Use - mix of cybernetic and biological components, weighs 1.5x more than normal human of same size & build. Might carry a small spatial pocket for convenience, but not inbuilt
  • Mission Stats - mostly cybernetic components except for skin and face area, anatomy of a Ken doll, weighs 2.5x more than normal human of same size and build, able to extend blades out of body, equipped with transforming drones and a pocket space
  • Combat Specialized -  entirely cybernetic components, appears obviously nonhuman, facial expressions can barely change and not programmed to mimic human behavior or body language, weighs 4x more than normal human of same size & build, able to fly and extend blades and guns out of body, also equipped with a special pocket space, usually used in conjunction with drones and a specially created flying arsenal that he can modify at will

COMBAT STYLE

• Primarily a ranged fighter, uses guns, cannons, lasers and missiles as is available
• Able to fight hand-to-hand if the situation demands, but usually only does so against weaker opponents
• Doesn't use environmental control techniques if he can help it, but he might if he can hide his use of it

WEAKNESSES

• Not great when stuck in a weaker body or in an area without technological components to manipulate

NOTES

• Physically very strong and durable, due to his cybernetic body he is heavier than someone his size and build is expected to weigh
• Only has the processing power to activate a max of three bodies at once. Technically he could activate more, but they'd only be on autopilot or running off that body's CPU without being connected to the main one
• Doesn't feel physical pain or discomfort unless he specifically chooses to, his mind cannot be read except by people with abilities based around technology, highly resistant to or unable to be affected by most mental powers/abilities 
• His crazed sexuality was not part of his original personality but an early addition to his programming, as a means of control. Because he tends to get quite destructive without it . . . 
• Very rarely gets serious (not even if he's about to die and only if Ciri is in grave danger, or if something or someone gets between him and his work), tends to use his powers very inefficiently unless he does

  • One more boyfriend among many, though one he is closer to than most. A fun and useful person to have around!
