Rictus is energetic and eager to succeed. He tends to be stubborn, and gets rather upset when people don’t take him seriously. They have adhd and are often fidgety and have a pretty short attention span. While many people don’t see Rictus as threatening and in fact often patronize them a bit, Rictus is actually very good at his job. His childlike demeanor is played up and let’s people feel secure around Rictus, and he can get more information than he would otherwise. Rictus has been charged with tracking down revenants, those who returned from the dead. Ironically, when he was sent to a town to hunt down a suspected revenant, he immediately attached himself to Lizzie. Lizzie has managed to hide being a revenant so far.
