A mischievous Jirachi that appears as-is once every year, during Tanabata. While they can appear in their Jirachi form whenever desired, it takes up a lot of its energy, and thus results in a less lustrous Aquamem stone. The Aquamem stone is essentially what records everyone's wishes during one year. It if is to be destroyed, not one wish a person makes is likely to come true, so Estrella protects it dearly. This is also why they often assume a Ralts form, out of fear that it will be broken by a greedy being. In all other regards, however, Estrella is careless and laid-back. Though playful and child-like, they hold centuries of wisdom, and will pass it on usually in a long-winded mess of words. When it isn't Tanabata and they are in their Ralts form, they can often be found spending their days near fields of dandelions or close by celebrations, in hopes of learning of ones wishes. When one makes a wish- out loud or not- and is nearby, the growing Aquamem stone "absorbs" the desire, and as long as the gem does not break, it is sure to come true.

While not beneficial to their gem-protecting, Estrella is often found stealing dango and konpeito, their two favorite foods.
